Excel contents
Table recognition reads the text and estimates rows and columns from word positions, then exports an XLSX workbook. Choose Embed image if you only want the picture on a worksheet. Review recognized values before calculating.

What you get
Table recognition reads the text and estimates rows and columns from word positions, then exports an XLSX workbook. Choose Embed image if you only want the picture on a worksheet. Review recognized values before calculating.
Limitations to know
Merged cells and complex layouts may not be reconstructed correctly. Recognized values are exported as text; verify them and convert them to numbers before calculating. Formulas cannot be recovered from an image.
A small inventory table
The sample has Item, Quantity and Unit price columns. The illustrated structure is an example to compare against, not a guaranteed OCR result.
Can I edit the exported cells?
Yes, in Recognize table mode. Embed image only places the picture on a worksheet and does not create data cells from its contents.
Are formulas and merged cells preserved?
No. Table structure is estimated from recognized words. The tool cannot recover original spreadsheet formulas and does not reliably recreate merged cells.
Which languages does table OCR support?
The recognition engine is configured for English and Vietnamese. Results depend on clarity, alignment, fonts and layout.
