Limitations to know
There is no TXT or Word export and no on-page text editor. Handwriting, small type, busy backgrounds and angled photos can reduce accuracy. The original layout is not recreated exactly.
A note you can check
The sample says “Meet me at the library at 9.”. The displayed sentence is the original sample text for comparison, not a precomputed recognition result.
Which file formats can I export?
Recognized text can be exported to Excel XLSX or PowerPoint PPTX. TXT and Word export are not currently available.
Are my images sent to an OCR service?
No. Tesseract.js processes images on your device. The first use requires a network connection to download the engine and language data.
Does it support languages other than English?
The engine is configured for English and Vietnamese. Other languages are not configured, and recognition accuracy is not guaranteed.
